MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

I. INTRODUCTION

Bronk appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court sentencing him to a total of twenty-five (25) years of imprisonment following his guilty plea to first-degree manslaughter, second-degree arson, and two (2) counts of third-degree burglary. The sole issue Bronk raises on appeal concerns the trial court’s denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
