MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff, Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company, hereinafter referred to as “Occidental Life”, filed an adversary proceeding against the defendants seeking a declaratory judgment as to the rights, if any, of the defendants in the proceeds of a life insurance policy.
