The Court is now confronted with a highly unusual situation. Several months ago, the attorney for the Abbent plaintiffs, G. Martin Meyers, Esq., filed a motion with the Magistrate Judge, on his own behalf, to enforce a contractual agreement he had made with Marc Edell, Esq., formerly lead plaintiffs’ counsel and attorney for certain pantopaque plaintiffs whose eases had been transferred to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407.
