This suit was instituted in the district court of Navarro county by the Petroleum Casualty Company, appellant herein, against S. H. Green, appellee herein, to set aside^n award to said Green by the Industrial Accident Board under the’ provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law of this state for an injury alleged to have been sustained by the said appellee while in the employ of the Humble Pipe Line Company, which carried compensation insurance with appellant.
