Reversing.

This is a slander suit brought by appellant and plaintiff below, Gr. W. Grastineau, ag-ainst the appellee and defendant below, A. W. McCoy. The petition avers that defendant on four separate occasions in the presence and hearing* of named, persons, falsely and maliciously spoke of and concerning* plaintiff certain slanderous and defamatory words imputing to him the commission of a felony.
