This writ seeks the review of a judgment entered against the prosecutor and in favor of the defendant *120in the Court of Common Pleas of the county of Essex, under an act entitled, “An act prescribing the liability 'of an employer to make compensation for injuries received by an employe in the course of employment, establishing an elective schedule of compensation, and regulating the procedure for the determination of liability and compensation thereunder.” Pamph.
