GERALD T. WETHERINGTON, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

THIS CAUSE came before the undersigned Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Dade County, Florida on the Petition of the Florida Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and the Dade County Bar Association for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to *143investigate the matters set forth in the Petition and, thereafter, for the Court to take all appropriate ación to insure the integrity of the state judicial process.
