STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Three criminal informations charging violations of the laws concerning controlled dangerous substances were filed in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County against JON FREDERICK PEARSON, Deborah Lee Royston, Edward Robert Hicks, James Robert Collett and Fred James Raduazo. When the informations came on for trial, Hicks and Raduazo failed to appear. The State proceeded against Pearson, Royston and Collett.
