Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Robert L. Cohen, J.), rendered February 3, 1989, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of imprisonment of 4½ to 9 years, unanimously affirmed.

Evidence at trial was that defendant made a street sale of a glassine envelope of heroin to an undercover narcotics officer in exchange for $10 in prerecorded buy money.
