The Franeo-American Hygienic Company, the American Perfumeries, and the White Cross Laboratories, all corporations, and Euclid Snow, doing business as the Mailinckrodt Chemical Works, filed their amended bill of complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against the city of Chicago and William F. Dever, Morgan A. Collins and J. H. Wilson, respectively the mayor, the chief of police and the chief of the license department of the city.
