This is an appeal from a decree of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (commission) denying the petitioner’s petition to amend a preliminary agreement between the respondent and the petitioner, claiming that the rate of compensation for a deceased employee’s widow should be determined by the law in effect on the date of the employee’s death.
