This is a suit in ejectment brought by the appellant against the appellee in the circuit court of Cook county to recover lots 13,14 and 15, in block 26, in Russell’s subdivision (east of the river) of the south half of section 18, township 37, north, range 15, east of the third principal meridian, in Cook county, Illinois.
