BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

Appellant was convicted upon complaint and information in the county court of Hall County on a charge of violating the motor registration statute and was assessed a fine of $50.00. The information, which is consistent with the complaint, alleges that he sold, a “second hand and used vehicle, to-wit, a truck,” without delivering to the transferee license receipt issued therefor during the year 1939 and was not delivering to the transferee a bill of sale in triplicate as required by the statute.
