On May 6, 2011, plaintiff Nationwide Payment Solutions, LLC (“Nationwide”) filed an application pursuant to Local Rule 54.2 for attorney fees, supported by two affidavits of attorney Theodore Small and redacted copies of its attorneys’ billing invoices.
