In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunkin, J.), entered July 20, 1994 which, upon a jury verdict, is in favor of the defendant and against him dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
