OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was arrested and charged with the offenses of carrying a weapon and driving while license suspended. After the trial court denied his motions to suppress on both counts, appellant pled guilty and received 90-day concurrent sentences and a $100 fine on the driving while license suspended.
