Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Montgomery County (Sise, J.), rendered September 17, 1997, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the third degree.

Defendant waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging her with the crime of burglary in the third degree with the understanding that she would be sentenced to a prison term of 2 to 6 years and would not be granted youthful offender status.
