At issue is a reprise to the controversy between the Debtor in this Chapter 11 case, filed March 9,1987, and a creditor having a lien on all assets of the Debtor to secure a debt admittedly in excess of the value of the assets, which we addressed in a prior Opinion reported at 76 B.R. 479. In dispute is the troublesome issue of whether, upon the Debtor’s failure to successfully reorganize, the Debtor’s counsel and accountant and counsel for the Official Creditors’ Committee (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Professionals”) are entitled to…
