The State charged James E. Bernard by bill of information with armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. The defendant was convicted in March of 1971. The Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court sentenced the defendant to imprisonment for fifteen years. In March of 1973, defendant filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the trial court. The trial court judge denied petitioner’s application for habeas corpus relief. Petitioner then filed his petition with this Court. We denied the application on June 11, 1973.
