BOOKOUT, Judge.

Kidnapping; sentence: ten years imprisonment.

This case is another in a series of cases arising out of the bizarre and gruesome kidnapping and double murder of Mrs. Clarice Knabe and Ronald Harvey White. The immediate case is on appeal from a conviction for the kidnapping of Mrs. Knabe which occurred prior to her murder. The facts of this entire tragedy are set out at length in Yarber v.
