Augustus Southworth left a last will and testament admitted to probate by the Orleans County Surrogate’s Court.

The third clause of said will contains this provision: “ I direct and request said Executor or Administrator to pay to my daughter, Rowena M. Harwood, the sum of Five Hundred *549Dollars out of any money belonging to my estate, after providing for the money to be invested for the benefit of Lucy J.
