Pamela Angelí, individually and as ad-ministratrix of the estate of. Thomas W-Bauer, Jr, (Decedent), appeals two orders of the Court, of Common Pleas of. Allegheny County (trial court) granting summary judgment to Ross Township and West View Borough (collectively, Municipalities), -defendants in Angell’s tort action.
