GALLAGHER, O. J.

Appellant, J. W: Good, instituted this suit on the 4th day of May, 1925, to establish homestead rights in a tract of land consisting of 200 acres, and to enjoin the appellees, who are his children and grandchildren and husbands of his married daughters, from interfering with his use and enjoyment thereof. The injunction prayed for was granted, but appellant failed to mate a bond, and no writ was issued. ■ Appellees answered by a plea of not guilty and a general denial, and pleaded specially that appellant and his deceased wife, who owned the property, were not living together…
