On January 27, 1999, Sherman International Corporation sued Summit General Contractors, Inc.; Flint River Development Corp., Inc.; Chuck Sisco; and Myron Wilson, alleging breach of contract and seeking to perfect a materialman’s lien. In their answer, the defendants generally denied the allegations of the complaint.
