PETTINE, Chief Judge.
This Memorandum is published in further amplification of the Court’s Order dated October 4, 1977, denying the third party defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the issue of indemnity.
Paula Roy, a Massachusetts citizen, brought this suit against Star Chopper Company, Inc., a Rhode Island corporation, for injuries allegedly sustained in operating a machine manufactured by Star Chopper for Advanced Materials Systems, Inc.
