MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

COAR, District Judge.

Johnnie Willis is currently 41 years old. He has completed high school and four years of college. His work history is somewhat sporadic. He has a history of problems with his knees for which he has claimed a disability and sought social security benefits. He has appealed the denial of his request for benefits to this court. Both Willis and the Commissioner have moved for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, the Court DENIES the Commissioner’s motion, GRANTS Willis’ motion and REMANDS the case for proceedings consistent with this…
