*407Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Nicholas J. Iacovetta, J.), rendered February 7, 2012, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 18 years, affirmed.

After the jury purported to return a verdict but a poll revealed that two jurors did not agree, the court properly instructed the jury to resume deliberation and attempt to reach a unanimous verdict.
