MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
TOWNES, District Judge:
Roseann McClean (“Plaintiff’) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) to seek reversal of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security that she was not eligible for disability insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act (“the Act”). Plaintiff asserts that she was disabled as of April 25, 1995 because of systemic lupus erythematosus (“SLE”).
