SULLIVAN, District Judge.

This is a petition on the part of the bankrupt for leave to vacate the discharge heretofore granted him in the above-entitled bankruptcy proceeding, and for an order of the court permitting him to amend his schedules filed in his bankruptcy matter by adding thereto as a creditor one Margret *246Heger, whose claim appears to be in the sum of $1,620.

The petitioner was adjudicated a bankrupt on October 7, 1936, and was discharged from bankruptcy on August 21, 1937. Margret Heger, in the schedules filed by the bankrupt, is not listed as one of his creditors.
