Appeal by defendant “from so much of a judgment” of the County Court, Hassau County, rendered May 4, 1965 on his plea of guilty, convicting him, inter alia, of a violation of section 1751-a of the Penal Law (violation as a misdemeanor with respect to narcotic drugs), as sentenced him to .a term of one year in the Hassau County jail upon the ground that it was excessive. Judgment affirmed.
