McCLOUD, Chief Justice.

This is a suit for workmen’s compensation death benefits. Connie Marie Wendeborn, surviving widow of Frank James Wende-born, deceased, and Paula Wendeborn as Next Friend for Cynthia Margaret Wende-born, surviving minor child of the deceased, sued Westchester Fire Insurance Company, alleging that Frank James Wendeborn was accidentally shot and killed while working in the course of his employment for the defendant’s insured employer. Judgment was rendered for plaintiffs and defendant appeals. We affirm.
