WHITHAM, Justice.
In this suit involving interpretation of a lease of real property, appellant-tenants, Alzo Advertising, Inc. and Propane Systems of Texas, Inc., appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee-landlord, Industrial Properties Corporation, declaring Industrial entitled under the lease to withhold consent to erect a billboard. We conclude that the trial court did not err in rendering summary judgment in favor of Industrial as to erection of the billboard.
