This is an appeal from the judgment of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans dismissing, on the ground of want of jurisdiction ratione materise, a suit brought by the Louisiana Society for the. Prevention of Cruelty to Children against the surety on a bail bond for $500 furnished by a person charged with crime, to insure his appearance for preliminary examination in the Second Recorder’s Court for the parish of Orleans.
