The matter now before the court ■for decision is an application for a preliminary injunction in a suit in equity wherein John V. Rice, Jr., a citizen of New Jersey, is'complainant, and Joseph R. Wilson, a citizen of Pennsylvania, and Rice Gasoline Rock Drill Company, a corporation and citizen of Delaware, hereinafter referred to as the drill company, are defendants.
