Kenneth Malone appeals as of right from a June 24, 2010 Judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court convicting him of murder (KRS 507.020) and sentencing him, in accord with the jury’s recommendation, to thirty-two years in prison. Malone was found guilty of the November 22, 2008 handgun slaying of Montez Stewart in Louisville.
