The appellee brought this suit against the appellant insurance company to recover the sum of $1,750, alleged to be the market value of a certain automobile which was stolen from its possession on the 6th day of July, 1927, claiming the right to recover under the terms of a policy of insurance issued by the appellant company covering all loss by theft. The policy was issued about the 1st day of January, 1927, and by its terms insured appellee for a period of one year against loss by theft.
