Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Sullivan, J., entered April 10, 1916, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favqr of the plaintiff, in an action for personal injuries sustained by an employee working on an electrical generator.

Upon a rehearing En Bane, a majority of the court adheres to the opinion heretofore filed herein as reported in 102 Wash. 78, 172 Pac. 822, and for the reasons there stated, the judgment is reversed.
