This appeal concerns a dispute between two law firms, the appellee, Previant, Goldberg, Uelman, Gratz, Miller & Brueggeman (Previant), and the appellant, Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik (Kasdorf). Previant represented plaintiffs, William and Marge Kolberg, in their third-party action for injuries William sustained on the premises of the defendant, Sullivan Foods, Inc. (Sullivan Foods).
