The petition seeking a belated appeal of the lower tribunal’s “Order Vacating Judgment and Sentence as to Count III and Dismissing Count III,” rendered on or about December 8, 2006, in Suwannee County Circuit Court case number 98-054CF, is granted. The belated appeal shall proceed under case number 1D07-2405.
