For convenience we will style the parties herein as they were in the superior court.

On the 30th day of November, 1942, L. A. Tanner made application to the Corporation Commission of Arizona for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate motor vehicles in the common carriage of passengers and baggage for compensation over U.
