for the Court:

¶ 1. This case 1 involves the administration of William F. McLemore’s estate and trusts. William appointed his widow, Colleen McLemore, and son, Gerald McLe-more, as coexecutors of his will and cotrus-tees of his trusts. Following William’s death, very little was accomplished without strife and litigation, dividing the family.
