OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This is an action brought by Afred F. Harter (“Harter”) against GAF Corporation (“GAF”) for wrongful termination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (the “ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. Jurisdiction is alleged pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 626(c) and appears to be appropriate.
Currently before the court is the motion of Harter for an order to set aside the order of Magistrate Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh (“Judge Cavanaugh”), filed 28 May 1993 (the “28 May 1993 Cavanaugh Order”), which denied Harter’s motion to amend his complaint (the “Complaint”), filed 20…
