*103Reynolds, the appellant, instituted a suit in equity against Mrs. Jimmie O. Dixon, the purpose of which was to enforce specifically a contract for the sale of her residence. She interposed a demurrer to the bill of complaint and the chancellor sustained the demurrer and dismissed the suit.
The question presented by this appeal is whether the allegations of the bill of complaint make a case for specific performance.
