Thompson, Justice.
Ashley Jones was convicted of the malice murder of Keith Holland and also felony murder, armed robbery, theft by taking a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor theft by taking. The jury recommended the death penalty, finding the following aggravating circumstances: the murder was committed during the commission of an armed robbery; and the murder was outrageously and wantonly vile, horrible and inhuman in that it involved torture, depravity of mind, or aggravated battery to the victim. The trial court sentenced Jones to death and Jones appeals. We affirm.
