— You have asked to be advised whether the Act of June 25, 1937, P. L. 2063, 27 PS §434 et seq., which requires corporations to make reports of various types of unclaimed *330funds to the Department of Revenue, and which provides a procedure for the payment of such funds into the State Treasury, is applicable to funds of the type enumerated in the statute if they are kept on deposit in other States by Pennsylvania corporations.
