In an action for an accounting for the proceeds of a joint venture, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.), entered April 3, 1989, which granted the defendant’s motion to renew and reargue a prior motion to dismiss the amended complaint which was denied by order of the same court dated August 23, 1988, vacated the order dated August 23, 1988, and, upon renewal and reargument, granted the motion to dismiss the amended complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
