Collins v. Nelson

Plaintiff brought this action to recover for the loss of moneys paid by him on his two promissory notes previously executed and given in the purchase of certain mining stock which was to have been placed in escrow, but which was never done. Recovery was sought against both individual and corporate defendants on the ground of fraud, breach of confidential relationship, and misappropriation to defendants’ use of the moneys paid by plaintiff.
