Yagih Aboumoussallem (“Yagih”) appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on April 14, 1983, in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York (I. Leo Glas-ser, Judge) following a jury verdict finding him guilty of importing and distributing heroin hydrochloride, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1), and 841(a)(1), and of conspiracy to do the same, 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1), and 846.
