This proceeding to contest a will after probate was begun in the county court of Stutsman county. The respondents demurred to the petition on the ground that it failed to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action for a will contest. The demurrer was sustained by the county court. Thereupon the petitioners appealed to tbe district court of Stutsman county where tbe order of the county court sustaining the demurrer was affirmed.
