Affirming..On October 29, 1918, the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company issued a policy of $2,000.00 on the life of William E. Preuser, payable at his death to Dorothy S.. Preuser, the appellee. On September 9,1919, the insured died and this action was brought to recover on the policy. *272Appellant defended the suit on the ground that in the signed application for the policy "William E.
